Welcome to Calla Photography’s Wedding Photography website. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Please read them carefully.



Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and all subsequent agreements between you and Calla Photography will be governed by these terms.



Booking and Deposits 

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received and the contract is signed.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding date.



Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 30 days before the wedding will result in a refund of the balance minus the deposit.

If rescheduled, a new contract may be required depending on availability.



Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for photographing at your venue and any other locations.

We are not liable for any issues regarding the location, such as poor lighting, restricted access, or other unforeseen factors.



Photography and Copyright

Calla Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the wedding or event.

You will receive a digital copy of the edited photos. You have the right to print, share, and use these images for personal use. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent.

Images may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.



Delivery of Photos

Final edited photos will be delivered within 8 weeks after the wedding.

We reserve the right to edit and select the images included in the final gallery.

Additional requests for specific editing or re-editing may be subject to an additional fee.



Unforeseen Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Calla Photography is unable to perform the services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accident, or force majeure), a full refund of the deposit and fees will be provided.

We will make every effort to ensure your event is photographed as planned, including arranging a suitable substitute photographer if necessary.



Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the images or any circumstances beyond our control during the event.



Payment Methods

We accept payments via [Cash App, Venmo, Zelle] . 

Payments should be made in full by the due date specified in the contract.



Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of your photography session and in accordance with our privacy policy.

We will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law



Changes to Terms

Calla Photography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.



Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Carolina.
